Shipping Costs

Free Shipping Areas: United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. (You can get free shipping just by ordering on the site.)

Other regions (Europe): We offer free shipping to most European countries, but please confirm with customer service by email first.

(Non-European region): Please contact customer service by email and discuss the shipping cost.

If you want fast delivery, we also offer international courier service for an additional fee. If you need it, please contact us [email protected]

Delivery time = processing time (order preparation) + shipping time

Processing Time

Once your order information is received, we will process the order:

(1)Check the stock.

(2)Confirm whether the item in your order needs to be customized.

(3)Check your shipping address.

(4)Reconfirm whether the item in your order is eligible for our Shipping Policy.

(5)If everything is ready, your order will be shipped from our warehouse.

Please make sure you provide a detailed shipping address (Street Number is necessary). Otherwise, our customer service team will inform you of it. This will may delay shipment.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an e-mail containing a tracking number and query website.

  • 2-4 weeks (Big size but light products): to the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. Other remote countries would require more time.
  • Please note that fluctuating delivery times depending on flight information for the order time.

Compensation for Overdue Delivery

If the goods are not delivered on time, we are very sorry for your delayed receipt of the goods, and we will provide you with 10% of the order price of the goods delayed compensation. We will do our best to ensure that the goods arrive on time.

Cancel Orders

We support canceling orders without reason within 48 hours since you placed the order. If your order has already been shipped, your orders cannot be canceled.

As for the forcible cancellation of the order, you need to pay a shipping fee for this order.

Once production begins, we cannot guarantee any request to cancel or modify an order. No order cancellations will be accepted for any custom or special products (items not in stock sizes) once production has begun.

Return Guarantee

Free return is available within 30 natural days since the receipt of the item. But the shipping fee of return is borned by you (except return of damaged goods).More details about returns are described on Returns&Refunds Policy page.

Wrong Address

n the event that the package cannot be delivered due to an error in the specified address, and when the package has been returned by the relevant parcel service, the shipping costs will be recovered from the customer. The price of the ordered items will be returned when smig.ae has received the ordered items back. simig.ae will contact you to inform you when the ordered items have been received.

Availability

We do our best to keep the stock on our website up to date. Unfortunately, it is possible that some items on our website are no longer in stock. If this is the case, the payment will be automatically refunded; the return of your payment includes a notification stating that the desired item is no longer in stock.

The Product Received Does Not Comply With The Order.

All shipments containing items that have been received incorrectly or incorrectly must be reported to us within one week of receipt of the item. We must be notified by email if the item does not match your order.

We cannot accept claims after one week of receiving the item. In the event of the delivery of an incorrect item, simig.ae reserves the right to provide the correct product within a maximum period of 8 weeks after receipt of your email. We will pay all shipping costs for returning the incorrect item and delivering the correct product.

If you do not want an exchange, the order will be treated as a return and the restocking fee will be charged up to 35%.
